Computer use and Glimpse

Let the agent see and use apps on your computer.

Computer use

With computer use, the agent can look at your screen and operate apps: click, type and navigate. It's useful for testing a UI or working with an app that has no API.

Turn it on per task with /computer-use, or from the + menu in the composer. Configure it in Settings › Computer use, and review past activity in Settings › Computer history.

Computer use is available on macOS and Linux.

Glimpse

Glimpse captures a window and attaches it to your message, so the agent sees exactly what you see. Choose Attach window from the + menu, or use the Glimpse shortcut. Set the shortcut, where captures go and the capture sound in Settings › Glimpse.

Browser automation

The agent can drive a browser to test web apps. In Settings › Browser you can turn on Playwright browser automation, use your installed Chrome, and run it without a visible window.
