Review and ship
Read the agent's changes, undo what you don't want, then commit and open a pull request.
Read the changes
The Review panel shows every change the agent made.
- Diff source switches between All turns and Last turn.
- View switches between Stacked and Split diffs.
- Comment on a line and choose Request change… to send it back to the agent.
- Undo changes to this file reverts one file.
Go back
- Revert to this message rolls the session's files back to how they were at that point in the conversation.
- With checkpoints on (Settings › Checkpoints), Hull snapshots your files as the agent works, so you can restore earlier states. See Checkpoints.
Commit, push and open a pull request
The Git actions button commits with an AI-written message, then pushes and opens a pull request, depending on what you choose:
- Commit
- Commit & push (⌃ ⌘ P)
- Commit, push & PR
- Push & create PR, Create PR, View PR
- Pull, Sync branch, Create Branch
Hull asks before pushing to your default branch. Change how commit messages are written in Settings › Commit Message.
Pull requests use the GitHub CLI. Run gh auth login once if you haven't.
Fix CI automatically
Turn on auto-fix for a pull request and Hull watches its checks. When a check fails, the agent reads the failure and pushes a fix. It pauses after three attempts so a stubborn failure doesn't loop.
Review inbox
Review in the sidebar lists pull requests and issues waiting on you across your repositories, so you can open one and start a session on it.
